Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all of our own eco-friendly, professional cleaning solutions and cutting-edge equipment. If you have specific cleaning products you prefer we use on your delicate surfaces, just let us know!
How long does the cleaning session take?
An Essential clean typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size of your home. Standard and Premium cleans can range from 3 to 6 hours. We provide estimated durations during checkout.
Are your cleaning professionals insured?
Absolutely. Every professional cleaner in the CleanSpace network is thoroughly vetted, background checked, and fully bonded and insured to guarantee ultimate peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window may incur a small late fee to compensate our cleaning teams’ scheduled time.
Can I request special tasks outside the standard packages?
Yes! When booking online, you can select custom add-on tasks (such as washing dishes, deep carpet clean, or laundry) or leave custom instructions for our cleaning team.
